Inspired by the ridiculously tasty hoppy beers we fell for, we got brewing our own versions, over and over again, while listening to the blues greats. The heady concoction of old time blues records and juicy American hops transfixed us from the start and the rolling man was born in these sessions! Incredibly soft and delicate with intense tropical fruit hop aromatics and saturation, this is our vision of the perfect pale ale.

After some detailed recipe development, we’re very happy with the results. It pours a beautiful hazy gold, with the classic aromas of mango and pineapple leading to a soft and well-rounded mouthfeel. Alcohol free and vegan friendly.

A dry Irish stout inspired by the eerie beauty of the Brocken spectre. This dark, enigmatic brew captures the essence of mystery, pouring midnight black with a silky tan head that shimmers like a ghostly halo. The aroma reveals roasted barley, espresso, and whispers of dark chocolate, drawing you into its spectral depths. On the palate, it delivers a perfectly balanced dance of roasted bitterness and a smooth, dry finish, evoking the fleeting elegance of mist and shadow. Vegan friendly.
