A citrus dominated India Pale Ale, its immediate impression is soft and smooth yet builds to a crescendo of massive hoppiness accentuated by honey. An enduring, bitter finish.
The Hummingbird pale ale from our Geoglyph series. Wonderfully light and sessionable, delicate on the palate with zesty notes and a gentle bitterness. Hops: Amarillo, Pacific Gem, Delta and Ekuanot. Gluten free.
This beer is dark strong and well rounded; the richness of such a rotund beer is brought to an even keel by the late addition of Goldings hops and natural plum flavouring. Take the opportunity and go for the low hanging fruit, this sumptuous beer really is a plum!
A strong beer, dark brown in colour. Well-balanced flavours blend together to produce a full-bodied drink.
A classic copper coloured English bitter. Well-balanced, copper coloured beer with malty flavours and a smooth bitter finish. Subtle hop characteristics from traditional Fuggles hops.
Although this style of beer is normally associated with the East Coast of the United States, hop production there declined during prohibition so ours is made predominantly with the finest West Coast hops. It's light and hoppy with a citrus hit and very satisfying.
A Double IPA hopped with Citra, Mosaic, El Dorado and Amarillo. The alcohol is well hidden on this one with a drinkability that's veering on the dangerous side. Vegan friendly.
Taking 150 seconds to settle, this is a smooth, creamy dry Irish stout. Pouring black with a tight white head, toasted malt and dried fruit aromas merge with earthy hop notes and evolve into a sublimely smooth and silky palate. Luscious roast malt characters of coffee and toast make way for a long and noble bitterness and delectably dry finish. This has been nitrogenated. Nitrogen creates much finer bubbles than CO2 meaning a smooth, creamy velvety beer.
I'm gonna open up your gate, and maybe tell you about Phaedra. Our Core range Pale is the sort of beer the bears repeating, time and again.
Our version of the Franconian Kellerbier, an unfiltered and unpasteurised beer which keeps all of the best flavour while delivering the ultimate lager refreshment. It's a proper lager, which means bottom-fermentation, cold storing then maturing over a number of weeks before release. Full flavoured, thanks to our Franconian malt and hops, this is lager as it's meant to be.
This is our take on a traditional Bavarian Helles. Malt forward, light and easy drinking, this straw-coloured lager is brewed with Pilsner and Munich malts and gently hopped with Hallertau Tradition hops. Matured for 30 days, unfiltered and unpasteurised, this is a very sessionable lager with plenty of flavour for its strength.

Saxby’s Original Cider blended with sour cherry juice. You can taste the apples and the sour cherries. Fresh, thirst quenching and truly delicious.
A complex, layered cider blend of Bisquet, Ashton Bitter, Reinette d’Obry and Sweet Coppin. Each different apple brings a unique flavour to this gentle and light cider that’s very easy to drink in the summer. Ashton Bitter is unique as an apple which builds huge tannin, however, you have to blend it out as it is such a strong apple, so the light flavours of Bisquet (soft bittersweet) and Sweet Coppin (gentle sweet) help lengthen the flavour, with Reinette d’Obry an important addition of some juicy, citrus acidity to keep the cider in balance.
A special blend made with apples from 5 orchards, varieties include Brown's Apple, Three Counties Apple, Discovery, Annie Elizabeth and more!
Gwynt Y Ddraig's out of the ordinary blend of apple and pear juice fermented and oak conditioned to tantalise your taste buds.
Made with plenty of scrumpy soul. Not every cloudy cider has to be a challenge, Devon Mist is a gentle joy. Rich autumnal fruit with a perceptible sparkle and satisfying finish.
