A bright, smooth and fruity pale named partly for the gargleblaster of Douglas Adams fame, but also in honour of the Galaxy hops that make up a large part of its hop bill. Hops: Citra, Amarillo and Galaxy.
Session version of our award-winning 1820 Porter. Chocolate and coffee notes. We avoid using roasted malts for this ale, instead loading in the chocolate malt and wheat, giving it a smooth, rich flavour. Mixed fermentation with Brettanomyces claussenii. Unfiltered, vegan.
Smoked lager. Delicious lager which features beechwood smoked malt from Warminster Maltings. With it's chestnut hues, rich malt character and smoky aroma, this is a great winter beer!
A SMASH (Single Malt and Single Hop) pale ale using organic ingredients - our interpretation of this year's IWCBD theme: Unite - Compassion. The single hop variety used is Citra, which gives the beer a lovely grapefruit flavour and a rounded bitterness.
