Crisp, light and refreshing sessionable pale brewed with Maris Otter, extra pale, wheat and oats. Mosaic and Simcoe hops, our favourite hop combo, which were added both in whirlpool and late on dry hop, shine through to give fruity berry and citrus notes with a subtle piney bitterness.
A banging pale hopped with Amarillo, Citra and Azacca.
A crisp, malt-forward amber lager brimming with aromas of toffee, sourdough and dried orange peel.
This modern, low-ABV Pale Ale is designed to make you want to return time and time again. Bright, fresh hop aromatics are allied with a smooth body and a finish that's dry but still lets those juicy flavours linger long on the palate.
The Mosaic and Simcoe hops already gave this IPA strong elements of tropical fruit and citrus but the addition of a significant amount of Blood Orange puree takes this beer a lot further. The result is a spectacularly juicy and refreshingly tart IPA with a balanced bitterness.
A sessionable, flavour packed dry stout. Brewed with a base of pale malt, flaked barley and oats, a variety of roasted grains. The roasted grains bring notes of toasted bread crust, raisin, molasses, bitter cocoa and gently acidic coffee, with the oats and flaked barley providing a full mouthfeel. This beer finishes dry, with a gentle but lasting bitterness and another wave of dark chocolate and roastiness.
Lovingly referred to as the Tangbomb this lip moreish number is awash with tropical pineapple flavours, balanced with a light touch of citric acid from the lemon.
With a nod to the orchard that provided the fruit Little Shepherd is a traditional homely mix of cookers and eaters. It turned out shepherd strength and it might make you giggle like a farmer at a harvest supper if you don't treat it with respect. Extra long matured until it found its balance. Naturally clear, uncarbonated, unpasteurised, wild fermented, slow matured.
