Gingerbread double porter brewed with oats and lactose for a smooth, rich porter.
The latest iteration of the our house IPA - using London Fog yeast, and three of their favourite hop varieties: Citra, Mosaic and Idaho-7, resulting in fruit bubblegum flavours of mango, orange peel, pineapple and ripe flat peaches.
Our fluffiest, fruitiest NANO yet. This is a delightful pale designed for the long haul. Hops: Citra, Azacca and Columbus.
Brewed with Pilsner malt and noble German hop varieties, fermented cold then dry hopped and lagered for an extended period. Flavours of cereal malt combined with citrus and grassy hop aromas, crisp finish.
This beer was fermented slowly in our oak foeder with lactobacillus and our own resident mix of brettanomyces and other small magical creatures, then we added peaches and apricots and let it ferment out to zero sugars again. Then we moved it into our stainless steel fermenter where we added some fresh sugar and champagne yeast, and then bottled it. Next we let it sit warm while the champagne yeast took over the fermentation, and now, finally, it's ready to drink!
This is our original and best selling cider. Wild fermented cider blends with freshly pressed apple juice to create a refreshing and fruity blend.
A dry cider made with apples from two of our favourite orchards at Cockhaise Mill and Little Shepherds plus drop offs from our apple appeal. This field blend is a classic Eastern Counties style - acid led, crisp, fresh and packed with floral and apple notes.
