A porter brewed using organic kelp, which produces flavours of liquorice, salt and umami alongside cacao nibs for a dark chocolate bitterness and fig which gives a round sweetness. A mix of 5 malts bring a smooth toffee and biscuit flavour base to this complex, dark and deliciously flavoursome beer. Brewed to raise awareness and support the Sussex Kelp Restoration Project with a donation of 5% of the proceeds of this beer.
Our hazy, hoppy and fruity session pale. It's a New England Pale, crammed full of the finest Citra, Mosaic and Amarillo hops. We've created this beer to showcase it's silky finish and full tropical flavours.
This tavern strength farmhouse beer is first fermented with Saison yeast and then with a blend of Lactobacillus and Brettonamyces whilst ageing in oak foudres. The result is tart, crisp, slightly sour and incredibly refreshing.
