A single hop West Coast style IPA with large amounts of aromatic Columbus hops over a full pale malt base. Aromas of citrus and black pepper with a hint of herbal woodiness. High bitterness is balanced by the full and rich malt body. Gluten removed - low gluten.
Strong and well hopped for the voyage sending IPA from the Wolds to the World. Interestingly brewed with a pale Wold grown malt base, a triple hop blend and Maize for the head retention.
An all New Zealand hopped session pale. Toha means Forge in Maori, the beer was forged in Sheffield and showcases some fantastic hops from New Zealand - Wai-Iti and Nelson Sauvin.
