A blend of 1, 2 and 3 year old golden ales. Spontaneously fermented and aged in neutral French oak Barrels. Refermented on Driscoll Maravilla raspberries from Northamptonshire, and Driscoll Victoria blackberries from Herefordshire. Bright raspberry and blackberry lead, softened by delicate rose and a gentle wild character.

This special pale ale is brewed with African fonio grain and continental Pilsner malt, with oats and unmalted wheat for a classic Belgian touch. A unique collaboration with Brasserie de la Senne, created as part of the Garrett Oliver and Friends Series utilising the historic Burton Union system. Hops: Celeia and Jester.

A smooth, easy-going hazy pale ale with notes of orange sherbet and ripe stone fruit. Dry-hopped with Citra and Peacharine for a juicy burst of nectarine and citrus. Vegan friendly.

Blending our knowledge of West Coasts with Beaks' brilliant Bright IPA styles, this is a showcase of Simcoe and Krush. Keeping the malt super light and clean with European Pils and fermenting with a neutral yeast highlights the sweet fruits and berries from the hops while a sprinkling of Columbus in the whirlpool adds a touch of dank depth to round it out. Collaboration with Beak. Vegan friendly.

A New England-style hazy IPA. Estery Vermont yeast accentuates the stone fruit and tropical fruit character brought by a heavy dry-hop of Mosaic, Enigma and Denali, whilst a protein-heavy grist gives a full, pillowy body. Brewed in collaboration with our friends at Amundsen Brewery, Oslo. Vegan friendly.

Gentle and balanced, Helles uses the same pilsner malt blend as Keller Pils, and is gently hopped with Magnum, Perle and Tettnang. Vegan friendly.

This is our original and best selling cider. Wild fermented cider blends with freshly pressed apple juice to create a refreshing and fruity blend.

Sticking to the theme of soil regeneration, this IPA continues to use our organic, Plumage Archer heritage barley malt and YQ wheat. A riff on our By Furrow golden ale. We use the same hops with the quantities upped in the kettle as well dry hopping with them. As they are more robust than the English hops we use in other beers, these German varieties can hold up to some of their New World cousins and thus be dosed according to perfect modern IPA standards.

This is our crushable, hazy and zesty session IPA. It’s an Aussie hopped classic, packed full of Vic Secret and Galaxy hops. We’ve created this beer to be crisp and easy drinking with a hit of tropical fruit. Vegan friendly.

Inspired by one of our fastest sellers of last year, we proudly present our first core pale. Weighing in at a sessionable 5% ABV, but punching hard with lashings of dank Rakau and Sabro hops, this is a chewy tropical treat to keep you coming back sip after sip.

A session pale ale brewed with El Dorado and Mosaic hops. Think hazy, stone fruit, soft. A fond tribute to one of our Google reviews. Local guide - we hear you, we've taken it on board, and we're trying really hard with this beer... we promise! Vegan friendly.

Sometimes the simple things in life are the best. We take Pilsner malt from Germany and combine with three traditional hop varieties - Magnum, Perle and Hallertauer Mittelfruh - to produce a clean, unfiltered, hop bitter lager beer. Vegan friendly.
