Our Brett Pale Ale showcases our love for brettanomyces in a simple but refined way. We do not use our house culture or our wild-yeast-filled foeders, instead we use a few clean brettanomyces and ferment in stainless steel. This process created a clean and dry pale ale with only mild funky notes and fruity flavours. Hopped with Mosaic and Wai -Iti , this dry, refreshing beer is layered with some floral flavours from the Wai-Iti and some of bold citrusy and savoury flavours from the Mosaic.
Soar into new realms of flavour with this high flying pale ale! Idaho 7, Motueka and Nelson Sauvin hops bring flavours of pineapple and passionfruit, lifted by notes of lime and gooseberry, with white wine undertones in the finish. Gluten free and vegan friendly.
