This extra pale ale, crafted with oodles of oats and wheat give this beer an exciting and complex hazy base. First addition hop, Centennial (3%), delivers gentle grapefruit bitterness with Mosaic (26%) and Centennial (24%) at Flame-out to really enhance the juicy flavour. We then went and dry hopped the fermenter with Cascade (14%) and El Dorado (33%) over 4 days to give this DIPA big notes of pineapple and tropical stone fruits. This really is a fantastic summer beer.

A red ale inspired by our original Altbier recipe. The grain bill remains true to Dusseldorf Altbier, but masses of Spalt hops in the boil and dry hopping with Simcoe and Wai-iti give this classic an absolutely modern twist.
25kg of Molasses play a central role in the creation of each batch of this dark, intense and warming Imperial Triple. This sipping beer carries hints of blackcurrants, a kick of liquorice, balanced with citrus tones from dry-hopping with Amarillo.
Double IPA. This one is IPAs Big Daddy, of course they are made up of the same DNA but this big daddy is a tricky one to handle! Clean and crisp bittering with intense amounts of resinous, citrus and grapefruit aromas. A massive 9.75kg of American hops are used to create this double IPA 4kg of which is added as dry hop.
This is a fruity little number. Crafted with Simcoe in the boil and dry hopped with Amarillo in the fermenter to produce a punchy American Pale Ale with smacks of citrus in the front and hints of a pine down the back bone.
