Star is the first beer we ever brewed. It's a smooth, balanced bitter, which is deliciously floral with lovely coffee notes at the very end. We love it and we're never going to stop brewing it.

The patron saint of Burton upon Trent, St. Modwen was a 7th century nun wo founded the Burton upon Trent abbey where it is said that beer was brewed and she produced miracles with the Burton well water.
