A pale ale special, brewed with support from our friends at Crisp Malts and Charles Faram. A member of our team is currently being treated at Weston Park Hospital in Sheffield so we brewed this beer to support the Weston Park Hospital development fund.

Full bodied and distinctive, it's a strong premium ale with an ABV of 4.1%. Mid-brown in colour, malty and fruity on the nose with a balancing hoppy note. The delicious malt and fruit character emerge even more intensely on the palate with a long, lingering and malty finish.

New recipe, old recipe now called ESB. Lighter than the old recipe, a light copper coloured, malty beer flavoured with traditional bittering hops, with a late addition of a more fragrant variety to give it a lift.
