We gathered as much local rhubarb and strawberries that we could get our hands on to create this blade of a beer, sharp and fruity with a wicked bite. Loaded with fresh rhubarb and kettle soured to amplify the tartness, we have balanced the all round flavour profile by conditioning with fresh, juicy strawberries.
Our Oktoberfest festbier is balanced, clean and crisp with a rich, bready aroma and a delicately spicy noble hop character. Full bodied yet Uber quaffable. The perfect partner to a pretzel maybe? Hops: Green Bullet, Tradition and Columbus. Gluten free.
This is our flagship beer. Extra pale ale brewed with extra pale malt and wheat for a light biscuit base, then layered with mountains of pithy, aromatic Citra and juicy, dank Mosaic hops for a burst of citrus fruit flavour and a subtle, bitter finish. Made to be as pale as a Scottish suntan.
This fruity IPA is jam packed with Simcoe hops and fermented with the Verdant yeast strain, resulting in a highly drinkable IPA with light peach undertones. A collaboration brew with The Draughtsman Alehouse, forged through their mutual love of synthesizers and beer! Vegan friendly.
A dark roasted coffee and vanilla porter with a hint of danger. A nod to the speed-crazed bikers who risked life and limb to race from one greasy spoon cafe to the next - dark as your favourite leathers, smooth as a Triumph Bonneville and crazy as going ton-up and heading for the hairpin.
A Czech style Pilsner. Med-rich malt flavours hit the palate in unison with spicy, floral and herbal Saaz hop character. Cold, crisp, refreshing just like the fresh mountain air, and nothing better after a day of adventure.
A Belgian blonde ale with Tettnang and Saaz hops.
Multi-award-winning pale ale packed with American hops. Intensely refreshing, with citrus aroma and balanced bitterness.
A sessionable and hoppy but balanced table beer, dry hopped with loads of Citra Lupomax and Bru-1 BBC. Fermented with a haze positive, fruity, estery yeast. To give this table beer some serious citrusy notes with maybe a hint or two of pineapple. Vegan friendly.
Brewed with a little help from our friends at the North West Beer Appreciation Society we brewed this session IPA packed to the gills with Citra, Mosaic, Sabro and Motueka hops for a citrus, tropical and floral profile with a low bitterness to let the fruit shine through. Vegan friendly.
Our Wanderer series takes inspiration from around the globe. Heritage grain Plumage Archer meets some of the newest experimental hops on the block. UK grown CF161 and CF162 in the hopback are joined by HBC586 and HBC638 from the States at the dry hop stage for an IPA that's bursting with character. Expect clean citrus upfront with a bright, tropical finish. Collaboration with Campervan. Gluten free and vegan friendly.
