A cornerstone of our range of real ales, this chestnut-coloured wonder is a mouthwatering example of a cask-conditioned bitter. Brewed using Maris Otter and Crystal malts together with locally grown Target and Goldings hops, Wye Valley Bitter has a delicate hoppy aroma leading on to a full malty flavour and ending in a crisp, clean bitter finish.
One of the finest examples of German Pilsner brewed using natural spring water from its own mountain. It has a delicate dry and clean palate, fine carbonated body, slight bitterness and a light citrus finish. Brewed in Sauerland, near Dortmund, to the German Purity Law 1516.
We’ve given Hopfather an overhaul with a new recipe. Mosaic, Summit, Cascade, Pilot and Azacca hops join forces to provide some seriously hoppy clout. This session IPA also boasts a new vibrant gold colour together with subtle malt overtones, zesty fruit flavours and a refreshingly crisp finish.
A golden brew of 4.0% strength, making it an anytime-ale. Saaz provides the mainstay of the hop character. More usually found in classic lagers and imparting a delicate floral aroma to the ale, Saaz is one of the 4 European 'Noble Hops'. The Saaz hops are from the Czech Republic, specifically Zemedelska and Rakochmel and the Admiral hops are locally grown.

Made from apples of a single year's harvest, all sourced from within 50 miles of our cider mill in Herefordshire.
