I Want To Be Stereotyped/Classified: both beers made with the exact same malt bill, mash temp, boil time, hop additions and yeast strain. Difference being water chemistry and timings/methods of the hop additions. This extra pale ale has a chloride to sulphate ratio of 1:2 and a whirlpool hopped aroma addition. Two same recipes.
