Thundering Molly is a well rounded medium cider. Fresh and fruity with a lovely apple aroma. Gorgeous golden colour and a balanced finish. Made on our Herefordshire farm from 100% cider apples. Made from a blend of bitter sweet and sharp cider apples.

A dry cider. Slightly cloudy in character, it is a young, light, tremendously fruity and refreshing cyder with a distinctive bite. Named after the feisty Cornish Rattler apple and blended with Healey's know-how, our Cornish Rattler Cyder has the crisp, fresh flavour you crave.

Triple hopped session pale ale with El Dorado, Simcoe and dry hopped with Talus. This beer is a Raging Bull from the start, balanced bitterness with intense pink grapefruit, pine and citrus aromas.

With a palate that is fresh, piercing and focused, complemented by soft malt overtones and pronounced citrus flavours. A strong focus of taut, lemony, grapefruit on the finish which is balanced by a dry bitterness. Hops: Mosaic, Citra and Ekuanot.

A wonderfully balanced single hopped pale ale - sessionable, aromatic, and refined. The interplay of juicy El Dorado hops, classic Maris Otter malt, and subtle S-04 esters creates a pint that’s both contemporary and comfortingly traditional.

This is the palest beer we've ever. An extra pale ale brewed combining a winning hop combination with super pale malt. Generously hopped with Simcoe and Chinook this paler than pale ale will be pleasantly fruity, piney and a hint of spice with distinct aromas of grapefruit coming through. This smooth super pale will have great body and creaminess from the malted oat and the addition of torrified wheat gives this beer a strong whiter than white head.

A dark ruby strong ale with a good balance of fruit and hops, leading to a pleasant, lingering hops and malt finish.

Our hazy session IPA uses some of the most fruit-forward and flavourful hops from the growing regions of both the US and Australia. The aroma is full of tropical fruit with pineapple and mango at the fore and, on the palate, it’s juicy and pillowy, with flavours of guava and citrus and enough bite to stay refreshing. Hops: Citra, Mosaic and Vic Secret. Vegan friendly.
