A full juice, unpasteurised, still dry cider. Made solely from ancient cider apples from Hereford, with tonnes of Kingston Black and left untampered for a slow wild fermentation it is a flavoursome and complex vintage cider fermented out to it's full potential of strength and dryness.

Our award winning medium cider is made from the apples from an original 100 year old 'Whiteways of Whimple' cider orchard. Naturally fermented using only the natural yeasts on our Devon apple skins, without the use of sulphites. It's filtered and lightly pasteurised to retain the deep flavours of our apples. We make our ciders with 100% apple juice with as little intervention from ourselves and nasty ingredients as possible.

No hops, just local apples! A medium dry, well-rounded cider with a moreish sharpness. Still and mellow with a very slight tart finish.
