Our flagship golden ale that truly represents the core values of our brewery. Perfectly balanced, full bodied flavours and fruity aromas combine to complete this truly artisan craft ale. Brewed with only the finest local Goldings and Fuggles hops from Brook House Farm in Bromyard, Ludlow Gold is everything that a good, honest pint should be.
Butty Bach is Welsh meaning 'little friend'. This smooth and satisfying premium ale is burnished gold in colour, and certainly has made a few friends in its time. Brewed using Maris Otter and Crystal malts, flaked barley, malted wheat, and locally grown Fuggles, Goldings and Bramling Cross hops.
Pale, hoppy, malty brew with a hint of sweetness before a dry finish.
A full-bodied and decadent stout. Huge charges of oats and specialty dark grains provide a rich, velvety malt base complemented by lashing of cacao, vanilla, and whisky-infused coffee beans from local roasters Iron & Fire. The end result is a complex and opulent treat to warm the bones and soothe the spirit. Collaboration with Neon Raptor.
A cool, crisp, craft, Pilsner-style Shropshire-made lager.
This cider is only made from apples planted pollinated grown and picked here on the farm. The cider is similar to the Triple D, but with less of a tannin punch and more of a sharper apple flavour. Very refreshing.
Some of the apple varieties in Black Bart are Kingston Blacks - a vintage cider apple. The cider is part matured in rum barrels giving a sweet subtle oak and vanilla flavour.
Dry cider made from a blend of 69 different apple varieties pressed on the farm in Llandegla North Wales. It is a full-juice cider which means it hasn't been diluted and it hasn't had concentrate added to it. So the ABV is 'Robust'. The cider is made and matured in stainless steel vessels which help lock-in and retain the clean, great appley taste.
A refreshing medium dry cider that is smooth and rounded in flavour packed with magnificently exceptional character.
An easy drinking traditional cloudy medium dry cider blended to give a fresh apple flavour with hints of citrus and spice.
Our Breton style cider is smooth, velvety and oh so richly flavoursome. After the big tannic punch, it delivers a natural apple sweetness only years of craft could perfect. A wild, fruity and mature cider with a naturally rich bronze colour.
Indulgent, sweetly satisfying cider. Burnt umber in colour, dark, bittersweet, warming Libertine is a rich, tannic cider with unusual depth. Satisfying, exotic and grown up (but a bit on the fringes)....wild, radical, brooding and delicious.
Long Mynd Cider only uses cider apples. The cider apples are milled, pressed then over winter they ferment with their own wild yeasts converting the sugar to alcohol. This takes up to six months. There’s never any rush. After fermentation our cider is conditioned in Scotch whisky barrels before going into the dispensing tanks. We use our own apples and at least three other local varieties to create a unique flavour and taste.
Medium-sweet, cloudy, and slowly matured still cider made from freshly pressed apples, paired with a refreshing infusion of rhubarb juice. The well balanced, fruity taste and tart finish provides a deliciously moreish cider.
A light-tan beer presenting medium malty sweetness with powerful, spicy, floral bitterness and hop character designed to recreate the iconic style of India Pale Ales of the 19th Century.
A festive hoppy pale ale, delicately spiced with orange zest, ginger and juniper, hopped generously with Columbus, Bullion and Bramling Cross. Bright, fruity and subtly spiced with a refreshing bitter finish.
A crisp, sparkling sunflower gold ale with a striking hop profile. Dry and refreshing with a long citrus aromatic finish. Hops: Citra and Amarillo.
Based on our multi award winning Plum Porter, our Plum Porter Grand Reserve is dark, and has added strength and elevated roundness due to the increase in alcohol content. Matured in conditioning tank for 21 days, it's fruity and loaded with flavour and strength!
A renowned beer from a recipe passed down by the Roberts family who owned the brewery for several generations; a pale-straw-coloured, premium bitter with simple, light malty-sweetness, delicately balanced with light bitterness of floral, earthy character.
Black, silky-smooth, creamy, old-fashioned stout with a tight, foamy head and effusive caramel and burnt, roasted flavours, carrying to a long spicy, bitter finish.
With a palate that is fresh, piercing and focused, complemented by soft malt overtones and pronounced citrus flavours. A strong focus of taut, lemony, grapefruit on the finish which is balanced by a dry bitterness. Hops: Mosaic, Citra and Ekuanot.
An elegant strong Salopian version of an IPA, citrus, pines and tropical fruit engulf the palate and caress the senses. A dry body with an extremely long lingering finish.
A classic French farmhouse style beer, this Biere de Garde is a light chestnut brown offering up toasted malt aromas and slight malt sweetness. Malty yet dry, with clean flavours and a smooth character. Strisselspalt hops impart a citrus, bergamot, grapefruit and orange characteristic. Vegan friendly.
