For our house saison, brewed each year we used two types of foraged spruce tips along with lightly toasted coriander and orange peel. Hopped with Tettnang and Saaz this saison weighs in at a warming 7.5% ABV. Backed up by almost 30% buckwheat and wheat malt. The finish is dry with spicy orange notes and a touch of pine and resin from the spruce tips.

Turkeys love a good ol' twerk but they don't love this time of year. Let's dance along with them with this indulgent and thick sweet cherry, cranberry, plum and cinnamon crumble Lassi Gose and forget about all our troubles, even just for a while. Contains lactose but no turkeys.
This collaboration has (literally) been on the cards for a while. A session IPA with a dry hop of Strata adding passion fruit vibes to the classic Citra finish of our flagship Crushing Blows. Enjoy whilst gaming with friends! Collaboration with Battle of the Breweries card game. Give it a go. This is not a sponsored post.
Hazy IPA with Idaho 7, Nectaron and Strata, brewed in collaboration with Stigbergets! We added some spelt malt into the grist and experimented with a later Mosaic Incognito addition, maximising creamy texture and hop intensity. The result is a silky, sunshine yellow IPA with layers of melon, orange zest and cream soda. Vegan friendly.
A pale ale brewed with oats and wheat for a soft mouthfeel and incredible drinkability. This beer was then dry hopped with Simcoe and Vic Secret giving a slighty dank but very citrusy note.
