Created to have all the hoppy goodness of an IPA, but brewed to a sessionable strength. Its intense fruit-salad character comes from generous additions of US West Coast hops. A full bodied and fruity beer, with notes of passion fruit, grapefruit, gooseberry, pineapple and mango.

Darcey's Beer - 3.5%

Straw in colour, crystal clear with a tight white head. It just screams summer sessions. Delicately hopped with Cascade and Celia for a soft bitterness and a light lemon zest zing. Dry-hopped with Cascade and Mosaic to lift a fresh and breezy pine and soft fruit.

Passionfruit pale ale hopped with Amarillo, Apollo and Mosaic creating a magical mouth full of hops then with the addition of passionfruit, it gives this beer a knockout blow. Citrus and of course passionfruit aromas with a balanced bittering.

The second version of a hop changing Session IPA we'll be doing as a new series of beers. This one is hopped with Simcoe, Galaxy, Summit and Topaz. And for it's strength is easily the most amount of hops we've put in a beer.

A heady waft of hops lead the drinker to a complexity of fruit, malt and hop flavours with a clean dry bitter finish.

A single hop pale, with pine notes and a mild fruity undertone.

The strongest beer in our core range. A classic pale ale, brewed from British pale malt and US Cascade hops. Smooth, fruity and full- bodied, with a deceptive bitterness to complement its alcohol strength. Refreshing citrus hop aromas complete the sensory pleasure.

One of the original Ossett core beers from 1998 and SIBA national champion. This regal beer continues to be a timeless classic. A simple combination of pale malt and American Cascade hops result in a crisp, dry and refreshing pale ale with aromas of citrus fruit and balanced bitterness.

ESB - 5%



5% abv

A deep red strong ale brewed from heritage Chevallier malt to give a powerful malty base. Bitterness is low, but aromas of citrus, spice and stone fruits come from English Ernest and Jester hops.
