Sonoma is a juicy, bright, dry pale. Hopped extensively with Centennial, Citra and Mosaic hops at flame out and dry hop. Designed to be a taste of sunshine with citrus fruit aroma and finish.
Aromas of citrus fruits and sweet strawberries lead with hints of a darker malt base coming through. This gives way to flavours of red fruit and jam with a bitterness that quickly fades to make this a very easy drinking session beer.
A Peak District bitter with a marked hoppy bitterness. It shares the malts and hops of its bigger cousin High Tor, but designed for a session.
Sometimes a drink can make you feel so decadent it's like you're a millionaire; this beer wraps you in a velvety cocoon, dresses you in a smart suit and takes you out for a special night on the tiles. Sweet and salty collide in this rich, balanced and smooth dessert stout. Lactose, caramel and high quality Valrhona cocoa nibs provide a chocolate and caramel backbone alongside the roasty malts whilst the Cornish Sea Salts gives a savoury salty kick, raising this beautiful beer above the norm.
Matured in ex-Glen Moray (previously Glenglassaugh Distillery) whisky casks this is a dry and subtle cider. Infused with mellow, vanilla oak of the cask. A refreshing, complex drink to be savoured.
Traditional IPA brewed with Cascade and Ekuanot hops.
Maris Otter and Munich and a touch of oats give this new beer a light orange colour, slight biscuit notes and a whole lot of body. We have loaded the whirlpool with El Dorado to give the juiciest of bases, with Ekuanot to lift and tie in to a massive citrus dry hop. Citra, Centennial and Mosaic thrown in the dry hop leads to a full bodied beer brimming with mango, papaya, grapefruit and every other citrus fruit you could ever need.
